i do NOT want to go to the gym today.

it is a high-intensity workout day, which means pain. and looking like a fool in front of the other rec-center-goers, who aren't all exactly on crew training schedules. where they set the ergs on resistance 10 and think that a 5-minute split is something, and bounce the handle back over their knees, too early bent, as they watch the soap opera playing on tv.

boooooo!

however, it means that it is a short workout. 24 minutes of "on" time.

but the challenge will be to start it. it always is.
