Baby's coming!!!
Tomorrow, April 11, I'm heading to the hospital at 6pm to be induced! Little Elijah James is going to make his appearance finally!
My doctor let me make the decision on whether or not I wanted to wait for him to come naturally. I've been having contractions for so long that I'm just really tired. Plus, tomorrow is my due date and I don't want him sitting around in there for forever just gaining weight. Within the last couple weeks of pregnancy, babies gain at least 1/2 pound a week...that's a lot when you're trying to push that 1/2 pound out!!
So, tomorrow at 6pm...keep me and Eli in your prayers. (Joshua too...we're not sure how well he's going to handle the bloodiness of it all.) I'm going to try to do it without pain medication. (Keyword there is try.) Healthy baby is most important!
I'll try to let everyone know whenever he gets here, but there are a lot of phone calls to make, so I'm sorry if I forget anyone!
