This is a box with exposed film I received from Encinitas, CA.
On the box, it says:"protect from heat. process promptly". I'll try.
It also says "process before 06/1991", 20 years past the expiration date.
The film is TMax-100; I received it with what appeared to be the roll of an antique kodak film but turned out to be just a backing paper on the spool.
So I was left with the unusually new (for my found film project) TMax.
After 3.5min in 10% HC-110 at 38F/3C it yielded the following:

can anybody recognize the picture on the cover?
The tripod is visible in the last frame:
so there were no other photographers. The place is of course California. The date is between 1990 and today. Most likely 1990 since the film was rolled up tight for a long time.
These are private pictures, never intended to be on public display; they had been taken to test the camera, the film, the developer etc.
It all clear and the only question remains: why it was left undeveloped?
