Myyyy neck feels like it's been...twisted off
You remember that old Star Trek episode "The Enterprise Incident" where Kirk feigns insanity and, puffed up on delusions of glory for himself, crosses the Romulan Neutral Zone, gets surrounded by Romulans, beams over the Romulan flag ship with Spock and meets that smoking hot female Roumulan Commander who falls for Spock who is also feigning discontent with the Federation to win her trust while Kirk, maddened with madness, gets thrown in the brig and slams himself into the force field like a hyperactive five year old and knocks himself out requiring Bones to beam over to treat him and he and he sits there looking all crazed and disheveled mumbling like a crack head something about Spock being a "filthy traitor" while bones plies him with his medical tri-corder then attacks Spock when he enters muttering "I'll...kill you" then gets all twisted up in Spocks's Vulcan Death Grip and crumbles to the floor and then Bones says "he's dead Spock!" but he really wasn't because there is no Vulcan Death Grip it was only a Nerve Pinch and Kirk wakes up on the Enterprise when everyone thought he was dead and says "myyyy neck feels like it's been...twisted off." ?
