i know that i am really behind, but i just watched Garden State.
i've had it for a long time, just never watched it. i guess i was waiting for a good time when i could watch it alone, uninterrupted.
i can't say i've ever seen a movie that i cried through almost continually ... well, that is, until now. call me whatever name works here.
this film, the story, the lighting, the mood and emotions hit me really, really hard. pathetically deep.
it was like someone just kept pouring peroxide into an open cut for the whole 102 minutes. yeah, i know that's intense. just how it felt.
i wonder if i am the only one that experienced this movie in this way. anyone else?
