Silent Screaming
I am so fed up with people who can't plan ahead. Ok, some things in life can't be planned ahead, and that's fair enough, and yes, life does through curve balls. But when someone has known about an event for six weeks - and has supposedly workshopped the requirements with there team - comes to me asking for equipment to be hired THE DAY BEFORE the event I get a little ratty. And I get rattier when I'm told I'm over-reacting. No. Not overreacting people. Please take note of the sign on my desk - it is there for a reason.

It's not a one-off, it happens all the time. And it's the same people every time. You get paid twice what I do. Please get your s**t together. I don't get paid enough to deal with your c**p as well.
