Awesome, first post in....how many months? I have no idea. But
_pseudonym told me to start posting again so here I am.
Went to Japan twice this summer. The first time was with a college for a summer abroad program and it was fun but our actions were sort of limited. Don't get me wrong, it was a lot of fun and the teachers were great, but I could only look at so many temple and shrines before they all started to blur together. Though it was fun going to karaoke and drinking with your teachers.
The second time was amazing though. I met tons of amazing people, including 6 other ljer who I really enjoyed hanging out with. The ones I hung out the most with were
_pseudonym and
kurayamihimitsu. We went out a lot for dinner (and of course drinks), karaoke, and at the very end, GekiRanger/Kamen Rider O-den movie. I think currently that is definately on of my favourite movies. Since then I have been watching the episodes of the shows. Love the crack.
I think one of the best nights had to be when we met Daiki. Not pnish Daiki of course, though that is what came to are minds when we were told his name, but waiter Daiki.
_pseudonym,
kurayamihimitsu, and myself went drink one night at a restraunt whose name I have forgotten/never really knew and played Drinking Bingo. By drink 15-16 we still at not managed to get a single number. Feeling bad for use, Daiki took on of the number and, with a show of looking around, went and got us a new number. Again no luck. Everyone was laughing as he went back again. It was fun to see him anxious on whether the new numbers worked. Daiki was so much love. We had so much fun that we ever left him a tip. When we refused to take our money back he made up cotton candy. Cotton candy made by a hot man tastes sooooo good.
Besides that the highlight of the trip was definately ある日、ぼくらは夢の中で出会う. I was suppose to only be able to go Wed. but while I was there I met two wonderful girls. One of them, Haruka, offered to let me come with her the following day because she had an extra ticket. We met an hour before hand and hung out at the Starbucks. She was so cool to talk to and was very patient with me. We exchanged emails and will (hopefully) continue to keep in touch.
The play in an of itself was amazing. I won't really go into that as who ever is actually reading it has probably read my review either on my facebook of
tutixnagayama. But it was at the play that I was able to meet everyone:
starrbeam and
chirusea_3 and
reppu, there was one more girl but I do know her username. While we were all talking outside the theatre, not really waiting for anything, just chatting, an amazing thing happen. Nagayama Takashi came out and started to talk to be people hanging around. It was so neat to meet him; he is so nice and adorable with his very limited English. It was also funny with I was talking with
_pseudonym and
kurayamihimitsu and
_pseudonym said, "Don't you want to speak to Yuuichi." Both me and
kurayamihimitsu both turned around and looked for Tuti. Not finding him we looked back at her. She corrected us and pointed again at Nakamura. That was a fabulous moment. We didn't get to see Tuti as he ran down some alleyway and no one knows what happened to Tsumura.
After the musical we all went out for dinner and were seated next door to a very large, very noisy Japanese group. That was so much fun.
I never made it to Otome Road but I did get to see Airmyu, which was amazing. Thank you so much
kurayamihimitsu but now I have Puck's song in my head. That hairstyle scene was amazing.
This morning I went to the Study Abroad department at my college and started the process of studying abroad so that I can see everyone again. I miss everyone already.
Oh and I almost forgot to mention Tomochika Sato. He was a really good singer that I saw at two lives in Ikebukuro. He was really sweet and very cute. Everyone should love him. I put his single that I bought on my mp3 player as soon as I got home and have his 3rd singer on preorder (meaning I payed
kurayamihimitsu to buy and send it to me.) She has also been instructed to get him to release photosets because he is very very good looking. We told him this though and he got embarrassed. But when I was leaving he gave me a guitar pick. That made me so happy.
kurayamihimitsu, tell him I say "Hi," next time you see him.
