You know the phrase 'I wish' but what if you couldn't wish for yourself?
➀ Tag as your character
➁ They can't wish for anything as much as they can try.
➂ The person who tags them can wish though... but it has to pertain to that character somehow.
( "I WISH YOU WOULD KISS ME" anyone? B3 )
➃ It doesn't have to be immediatly. They can chat and all but the magic words are 'I wish'.
As soon as that other person says those words and it pertains to the character it will happen.
