Ansel was doing his "quiet time" yesterday, which is either an episode of Dora the Explorer, or a nap - he chooses, and invariably chooses not to nap. Regardless. Cute!

"Oh, man!" is what Swiper the Fox says on Dora, right? Some of the phrases from that show sound hilarious coming out of the mouths of the kids who watch it. :)

It's Swiper the Fox, yeah, although I think Julie also says it. Regardless, he's always talking about things being swiped. Dora is a big influence.

Stefan used to bust out the Spanish he learned on Diego. That was ridiculously cute.

The chest pains are still around, and last night I had a zinger, really really painful, and I'm just so glad I had it checked out so I don't have to worry it's fatal. Just a bit of pain, or a lot, whatever.

I haven't heard Ansel talk Spanish. He usually doesn't speak foreign languages if he's not sure what it means. I had to really practice words like por favor.

They don't know what it is, just that it's not fatal? I'm sorry you're in a lot of pain, though.

Does Ansel talk Dutch? I know you guys talks Dutch to them.

Ansel knows Dutch, but rarely speaks it. He likes "doei," though, so he'll say that, and "papegaai." Also, he loves that the Dutch word for M&M's is M&M's.

Papagaai is a good word, I agree with him.
