My Grandma has been gone for two years and I miss her. :(
I feel like I live at work. I adore the paycheck, but I am so exhausted. I was supposed to work 6 days straight and 48 hours. But Ed's wife passed away (A sweet old man who comes in work everyday..) and everyone who has known him longer wants to go to the memorial service and it's tomorrow. So I was off today and I work tomorrow instead. :)
My weekend was good.. I worked all weekend. Sat. night George and I decided to go watch the UFC Fight at Hooters and Jeff joined us. It was a blast! I was so tired though. Hooters food was actually pretty good! I didn't have the wings, but I did have the pulled BBQ. It was very tasty! And our guy, George St. Pierre won the fight so that was good! :) I HATE Matt Hughes. Too bad there were millions of rednecks in Hooters who were rooting for Matt Hughes. It was funny. I just know I am sooooo excited for the Chuck Lidell/Tito Ortiz fight at the end of December!! Chuck Lidell is going to kick his ass! lol Dec. 30th.. Oh hell yes!
Today I hung out with Angela and she paid for me to get a pedicure! She's awesome like that! After that I came home and just hung out with George until he had to go to work. Then I decided I wanted my nails done and I went and had them done! They are very cute! I've really missed having them done! So that's awesome.
Black Friday is this week. Wow. That's gonna be insane. I open that day, too... I have to be there at 4am. It's all kinds of crazy! But I get to leave at 1, so who knows. Oh, also about work.. We've been having this Too Bucks contest and we won the week before last and the assistants got a $75 Mastercard gift card! So that was awesome. Then, we won again this past week so I get another one! I like working for this place! ;)
In all seriousness, I really do enjoy working for Limited Too! I seriously adore all the people. That's always helpful. Gush, gush, gush about my job! :)
Oh, so we are seeing RENT! We got tickets on the Floor, row U, but in the center of the house! It's me, George, Jeff, Angela, Lauryn, Chris, and whoever Jeff decides to bring! It's going to be a blast! I can't wait!!
We need to make plans for the Cabaret too! I can't wait to see the Holiday show!
AND.. I really want to go see the Titanic exibit when it comes to town! Actually, I think it might be here already, but whatever. It's so cool and I want to see it again! I saw it twice a couple of years ago and loved it!
