Yes dear friends, in case you've forgotten (even though I'm sure you didn't, I mean how could you?), today is mine and my brother's birthdays. Normally I'd complain about having to share, but I've been doing this for awhile now, this birthday sharing thing. So it doesn't bother me anymore ( Read more... )

Don't worry about it. I know all about the rehearsal driven life! My friends even got me a t-shirt. It says "I can't... I have rehearsal" :)

Good luck!

No matter how much of a git his brothers were at times, Fred and George were still Ron's brothers so it wasn't as if he could just skip out on their birthday. Besides, they'd notice and do something to get back at him. Possibly transfigure him into a bloody owl and try to sell him off again.

Ron doesn't have issues with that bit of information. No, he does not. Though he does sometimes wonder how much of a price he could get...Hermione was working at the Ministry until later so Ron decided to go on and head over to the shop for whatever sort of party his brothers were going to throw for themselves. Of course, out of all of his brothers and sister, George and Fred would be the ones born on the first of April. If that didn't have their fate sealed, he didn't know what would ( ... )

"Ronniekins!!"

George pulled his brother into a tight bear hug, ignoring the way his breath wooshed past his ear.

"Why I'm another year younger of course! Don't you age backwards? Oh yes, when I was born I was a shriveled old man. You didn't notice. You weren't born yet. Don't ask Mum for pictures. I think it scares her."

He released Ron from the hug, and steered him over to a work table.

"Look at this. The latest in the Wildfire Whiz-bang line. Birthday edition! We're working on getting them to sing. Right now they're singing horribly off-key, and we don't know how to make them shut up."

There was probably an 'ugh' sound coming from Ron at the impact of the hug George pulled him into. Another year younger, huh?

Moving over toward the work table, Ron looked down at all the new product he was explaining and laughed a bit about the singing. "Off-key? How'd you get them to sing on-key? Doubt giving them singing lessons would work."

Looking at them, they were pretty cool actually. Some of the things his brothers thought up for product, Ron never would have been able to think up. Though he did like to think he helped out every now and then.

"Where's Fred? Thought he'd be down here waiting for things to start up."
