Tartan Rulz Part 1 & 2
I have had a really fun couple of weeks at work, plodding away on my own design projects........
The most recent being a couple of 'Girly Punk' outfits, plenty of tartan, buckles and attitude! Also a few challenges in drafting, construction and finishing........... Joy - there always opportunities for the apprentice to learn more even in the most simple of processes :)
Here is the first one, which I am very partial to - actually I'm so please with how the pattern turned out I've decided to make myself one in the same style (I love doing under bust cuts).
PS it's very flattering, we tried it on one of my lovely work colleague who's about a size 14 - it looked fantastic!!
