This literally happens so often, that over the course of the event, there will be at least an hour's worth of video of this exact thing.
And for those who prefer ACTION, it is perfectly acceptable for anyone and everyone to come across, laugh at, and/or trip over Karkat either in mid-fall or while he's sitting and sulking on the landing afterward.
