Elle Fanning has been one of the busiest young actresses in Hollywood lately. To promote her upcoming Super 8, the 13-year-old has done press conferences in London, Australia, and Singapore, visited American Idol and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno (and she's scheduled to appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live later this month), and attended the
Young Hollywood Awards and
MTV Movie Awards.

But that's not all. Elle has also done recent interviews and photoshoots for Teen Vogue, Empire, Black Book, and Marie Claire magazines.

Notice how each one is more mature than the last? The Black Book shot is a bit too adult for our taste.
Super 8, which hits theaters everywhere tomorrow, June 10, follows six young friends during the summer of 1979. The kids are played by Elle and five young actors ranging in age from 14 to 16 (Elle's not only the only girl among them, but also the youngest and, we're willing to bet, the tallest!) After witnessing a mysterious train crash, they begin to notice strange happenings in their sleepy small town, and film the phenomena on their Super 8 video camera. Super 8 maintained a super-secret, super-big-budget mystique throughout production. “We were sort of scared,” Elle said about the the strict code of silence surrounding the movie. “We didn’t want to slip up and say anything.”
Meanwhile, Elle's big sister Dakota doesn't have a new movie to promote, but she has been doing big things of her own. The 17-year-old actress has won awards, walked countless red carpets, and hobknobbed with A-list celebs, but recently, she celebrated a new accomplishment: she graduated from high school! Elle, of course, took time from her busy schedule to attend the graduation ceremony with Dakota and their family.

Congratulations to both girls!
