Another sigh escaped Daiki’s lips as he once again ran into a dead end. It’s been a few years since Keito had disappeared from Daiki’s life, and ever since Daiki had dedicated his life on finding his younger brother.
“Daiki you should get some rest” said a voice whom Daiki recognised
“I-… I don’t know Yuya” said Daiki as he placed his head on his desk in defeat “I just… It’s been so long since he disappeared, I-…”
Yuya watched as Daiki bit his lips to prevent any sobs from escaping him, he knew how close he and Keito were and his heart cried for his boyfriend. He made a silent promise to Daiki to do whatever it takes to find Keito.
“It will be okay Dai-chan” said Yuya “We’ll definitely find Keito”
The said boy didn’t make any acknowledgement of what his boyfriend had said, instead he allowed his boyfriend to pull him into a comforting hug. In all honestly day by day Daiki’s been losing hope that he’ll ever find Keito, however when he sees the picture of the two of them he’d always end up looking for the said boy. With Daiki being now an adult he has now control over their father’s company, making it easier for Daiki to look for his younger brother.
“Am I ever going to find him Yuyan?” whispered Daiki
“We will” said Yuya as he tried to comfort the boy in his arms “We’ll definitely find him.

A gentle humming reverberated throughout the apartment as a figure made itself towards the source of the humming. A muscular built figure was in the middle of putting on his top when he smiled as he noticed a lanky boy peeking his head through the gap of his door.
“Yuto, what are you doing?” asked Keito as he left his unfinished button alone and opened his arm, inviting Yuto in.
“Nothing, I always hear you hum that tune” said Yuto as he came inside and embraced his boyfriend “Where did you learn it from?”
“I’m not sure actually… Heard it from somewhere… Maybe?” laughed Keito as he let his boyfriend finished buttoning his shirt before giving him a quick peck on the lips “Ready to go?”
“Un!” smiled Yuto as he linked his fingers with Keito and heading out of their apartment to their work place.
“It’s Raiya’s birthday, today isn’t it?” asked Keito
“Un, that's why I asked if we could leave early today~” smiled Yuto
“Alright” smiled Keito
The two of them were chatting animatedly about their love for music when they paused in their steps, when they noticed the tense atmosphere in their work place.
“What’s going on?” whispered Yuto
“I don't know” said Keito
“Apparently, there’s an inspection going on later today” said a familiar voice “Apparently two big shots are coming here to have a meeting with the boss and make some kind of partnership”
“Ah is that so? Thanks, Inoo-kun!” smiled Keito
“No problem, we should probably get back to work” said Inoo
Nodding their heads Yuto and Keito walked to their respective seats before a blush appeared on his face as he noticed Yuto giving him a playful wink. A gentle whack met his head and he heard a familiar voice near him.
“No flirting” laughed Yamada
“Yama-chan! We were not flirting” whined Keito as he gazes at Yuto who was being teased by Inoo, shaking his head Keito sat down and begun to work through the mountain of paperwork in his desk. It wasn’t long when the whole office heard a commotion, lifting his head up Keito noticed a glimpse of brown locks in the crowd in the middle. Placing his pen down he watched the brown lock figure converse with his boss, he was wearing a tight-fitting suit that complemented his complexion. Beside him was a taller figure with a lighter shade of brown.
“Hmm… He’s kind of cute, looks young though” Keito thought as he shrugged his shoulders and continued his work.

Feeling someone’s stare on him Daiki paused in his conversation with Yabu and looked up, he looked around but found no one to be looking their way.
“Weird” thought Daiki
“Anything wrong Arioka-san?” asked Yabu who noticed Daiki’s divided attention
“Ah no, sorry about that” smiled Daiki as he and Yuya followed Yabu to the conference room as they began their meeting. After an hour and a half Daiki felt himself going numb from sitting in the meeting the whole time. As soon as it was over Daiki went out of the room to stretch his numb limbs with Yuya following just behind.
“Damn, that felt so long” moaned Yuya as he stretched out his limbs the way Daiki had just done “That felt like 10 hours’ worth meeting”
“I know” yawned Daiki “Give me a minute, I’ll just use the toilet”
“Alright” said Yuya
It didn’t take Daiki too long to reach his destination, as he entered the cubicle he heard someone humming a gentle tune.
“How cute~ Reminds me of Yuya” thought Daiki as a smile made its way towards his face, it wasn’t long before he froze. His eyes widening at the familiar tune that was now echoing in the empty toilets, his heart stopped beating the moment he heard the familiar lyrics that was now replaced the humming.
“No need to be scared, I’ll be there for you…
…. Nothing will come to harm you… My precious half…

Daiki composed himself as he rushed to open the door, only to curse the existence of locks as he struggled to open the damn thing. Hearing the door opening Daiki shouted hoping whoever the person that was there heard him, to his dismay the moment he was out there was no one there. Daiki rushed out the door only to bumped into a hard chest.
“Daiki? You okay?” asked Yuya who steadied his boyfriend that crashed into him
“I-… Yuya! It’s him! I-… We got to hurry!” said Daiki as he tried to get away from Yuya’s grip “Let go of me Yuya! Let go before I lose him!”
“Who? What? What are you talking about Dai-chan? Who is him” asked Yuya who noticed the way Daiki was panicking and desperately trying to get out of his grip.
“It’s Keito! My brother!” Daiki said
“Keito? Did you see him?!” said Yuya sounding hopefully wondering whether they finally found the long lost Keito
“No…I didn't see him” said Daiki “But I heard him!”
“Dai-chan…” said Yuya
“I know what you’re thinking Yuya” said Daiki as he recognised the look on Yuya’s face “I’m positive it’s Keito, I heard him singing a song Yuya. No one else would know that song apart from Keito!”
“Calm down Daiki” said Yuya “Are you positive”
“Please Yuya! I’m positive” said Daiki a little more desperately now “That was OUR song Yuya, I made that song for Keito when we were younger, I would sing to him every time he gets scared or anytime there is a thunderstorm Yuya. No one else would know that song”
Seeing the desperation on Daiki’s face Yuya sighed and let the boy go, he watched as Daiki ran along the corridor before disappearing.
“I really hope it’s Keito, Dai-chan” whispered Yuya

His eyes whizzed through every corner of the building looking for anyone or anything that was familiar to him, finding no one Daiki felt himself collapsing on the floor out of breath.
“No way…” whispered Daiki
“Arioka-san?” said Yabu as he noticed the short man kneeling on the floor “Are you okay? Are you hurt?”
“Yabu-san” said Daiki as he saw the older man beside him “I’m okay…”
“I thought you’d already left with Takaki-san” said Yabu
“No I-…” Daiki suddenly looked up at Yabu “Is there an Arioka Keito working here?”
“Arioka Keito?” repeated Yabu as he was caught unguarded with Daiki’s question “No we don’t have an Arioka Keito here”
“Is that so” said Daiki
Yabu noticed the sad tone lacing the boy’s sentence when he remembered that there was a Keito working here.
“There is a Keito working here” started Yabu as he noticed the way Daiki looked at him “It’s not an Arioka, it’s Okamoto Keito, a 23-year-old lad”
“Oka…moto Keito? Okamoto Keito” thought Daiki as he thought to himself for a minute “23 years old… He’d be the same as Keito then…Could it be?”
“Could you take us to him Yabu-san?” asked Yuya who heard what Yabu had said
“He should be in the marketing department” said Yabu who motioned for them to follow him, Yabu looked around for the said boy when he noticed Yamada “Yamada-kun, do you know where Okamoto-kung is?”
“Keito? Did something happened?” asked Yamada as he noticed two unfamiliar man beside his boss, did Keito do something? Was he going to get sacked?
“No, I just wanted to introduce him to my friends” said Yabu
“Ah, he’d already left with Yuto” informed Yamada “The two of them asked for an early time today, something about celebrating Yuto’s younger brother’s birthday”
“Is that so? Thank you, Yamada-kun” said Yabu
“It’s no problem Yabu-san” smiled Yamada who went back to his work
“I’m sorry, it would seem that he’d already left” said Yabu
“That’s okay, thank you” smiled Yuya
