[Today is a great day to be Terezi, especially after following such a bizarre week of uncertainty. After being handed an envelope by her human female drone lusus (and spending the subsequent fifteen minutes trying to open it), she finds herself with her proper body- and, more importantly, her vision- back.
So Mayfield residents will see another one of those grey-skinned kids with horns walking around. For those who have come to know her in Mayfield over the past few weeks, they'll find that the red-haired girl they met is now looking a little more alien. She hasn't gotten her glasses back, so her eyes- completely red without any distinction between iris, pupil, or sclera- may be a little startling to look at.
She won't mind any staring, though, because she's returning every single stare with a great amount of interest. This is the first time she's truly gotten to experience the human planet, and it's so thrilling she almost forgets everything she had been worrying about before. She carries a package of brightly-colored chalk around with her, and now and then she will simply sit herself down on the sidewalk (or on the side of the road, if the asphalt looks like a more pleasing canvas) and begin drawing. Her drawings honestly aren't that great- she seems more focused on creating bright bursts of color than anything neat. She's giggling to herself as she draws and becomes more and more covered in chalk dust. Every now and then she'll stick a piece into her mouth and eat it.
...Wait. Eat it?
Yeah, she's eating chalk. Don't be fooled; this isn't a normal troll behavior. Terezi is just that weird.
As for her drawings, they appear to be of random drones she's seen around town.]

( a ) [When someone walks by, she'll stand up, dust the chalk off of her knees, and basically get all up in their personal space like way too uncomfortably close.]

( b ) [But whenever a drone walks by, Terezi goes a little pale and seems to be faintly nauseous, judging by the look on her face. She also goes pretty quiet, and looks in the drone's direction as they walk past until they're far enough that she can't smell them any more.]

Oh, gog, why didn't anyone tell me that the human planet is so bright and colorful?! Hahahaha, it's amazing! My nostacle is going to split wide open from all of these colors and tastes. It is unmitigated deliciousness! Your planet is so fascinating! Now that I understand that the grossery is, I think it is my favorite place! I went back and everything has labels and they are so wonderfully bright! These 'Campbell's Soup' cans that I found- ehehehe, the label smells like strawberries and cream and then there is this layer of metal and on the inside of that I can smell chicken! It is three layers of scents! You humans are so innovative! So cool!
[Terezi sounds like she's running out of breath, she's so excited.]
Right, and... Oh, I'm a troll again! Not that that means anything to pretty much any of you humans, but I guess if I am using the audio hook then maybe some of my friends are listening. Hopy shit, it is great, hehe.

[It is the first day of school! Terezi is so there. She is there to lick things. She is gnawing on her desk, her pencils, the textbook, and basically everything that shouldn't go in her mouth.
And then she discovers the chalkboard.]
Jegus!
[Terezi basically throws herself against it and begins licking off whatever's been written there, whether it's the first day's homework assignment or the math equation everyone's working on. She might even be doing this in the middle of class. And why not, because look at this thing IT IS AN ENTIRE WALL OF DELICIOUSNESS. All the little chalk fibres of different colors clinging to it is enough to make her a little bit emotional. The humans are so good to her.] Where can I get one of these for my hive?
[Later, between classes or during lunch, she'll try to catch up with Gamzee, if she can find the guy; who knows if he's even aware that sessions at the schoolhive had begun. She'll also enthusiastically greet other trolls and Jade, too. But as for Karkat... she might be avoiding him a little. Huh.
She'll also try sniffing/licking/generally weirding out her classmates.
It's gonna be a good year- okay who are we kidding, it's a miracle she hasn't been kicked out on the first day.]
