Yesterday morning I observed a singular phenomenon not yet reported in any Theoretical Physics journal that I've ever read1. It was detected that while traveling on the back roads undulating through the more provincial regions of our beloved peninsula, time actually seems to speed up. Better add another zero to that 100K-the number is closer to 1,000,000, according to the New York Times! (I've already ranted about it in my journal…)

I hate stupid drivers, too. On Sunday evening, I was driving down Peachtree Rd, enjoying the lovely sunset, when a woman in a beat-up Sentra suddenly cut into my lane. I tapped my horn in an attempt to awaken her from what I assumed to be a cell-phone-induced stupor; I thought she might realize the error of her ways, hang up the phone, and start paying attention to the road again. Well, turns out she intended to cut me off and nearly cause a wreck, 'cause the bitch flipped me off. Yes, that's right, the BITCH flipped ME off. >:[

*whew* It felt good to get that off my chest. :)

Once again... brilliance... if you ever decide that the grad school stuff is no longer worth your time, I am sure you can get a job on Comedy Central pointing out how dumb everyone is and making fun of the whole world - all while everyone pays you for it. ;-)
