Looked out the back window and spotted 3 people digging up the manure outside the back gate. Walked out and unlocked the gate to offer them as much as they want. Gardener's Gold free for the asking!
Just cut up my potato starts. I've never had success with potatoes before but I want to try again. Also found a new to me gardening idea called "Wicking Beds" all the rage in Australia.
Brilliant at saving water and growing great crops. Think they will be cheaper to make than the Earthtainers. Certainly less energy.
Must plant my lettuce seedlings, they've been hardened off and I've made room in one bed.
Going to stay in for NYE. Anyone who wants to come over is welcome at the guest room is ready and waiting.
