And yet another bi annual post...
Camped this weekend at Turkey point, a gay campground south of hamilton, near lake erie. Was very different from my recollections of it, but I suppose circumstances have changed: the last time i went i was 19 or 20 years old, single, and unprepared for the experience.
Had an amazing time. Drank far too much booze, ate far to many barbecued meats, and lounged in the sunshine and in the pool all weekend. The company was exceptional, the weather was great, and a good time was had by all, I think. I didn't want it to end, but far too soon we were packing up our stuff and headed back to the city. It's definately something that I want to do again, cause it was definatey the most fun I've had this summer so far(granted, the summer is young!).
Getting to the time where stuff for school has to be dealt with, monies, osap, and all that fun stuff. Gonna be a lot to get done and a lot on my plate in the near future. I'm still leary about this whole change thing, but I think it will be good for me in the not too distant future.
