Ave! Ave! Omnes Ave! Dies Natalis Solis Invicti adit!

"Hail! Hail! All Hail! The day of the Invincible Sun's birth approaches!"

Ok, I'd do it in the original ancient Persian. But I took Latin in school. So there. ;)

Church mice have more resources than I do at this point in life. I am doing some really incredible work on people. But I am pretty much barely squeaking by financially. This seems more inconvenient than troubling to me. It's just better when I don't have to worry about losing phone service.

My best work lately is putting circulation back into the legs (lower extremity not thigh) of a diabetic. The client was facing potential multiple toe amputations, maybe the feet eventually. Despite the fact it hurt for two months after, I got perfusion back into the right lower extremity. The left lower extremity was not as bad, but it's still a bit cool. When I started the toes on the right foot, the toes looked as if they had been frozen and thawed multiple times. I didn't touch the toes during the first session. Subsequent sessions saw the toes looking almost normal. Both legs look good right now. Yay!

You might ask why I don't have money. Well, I tend to work on people who are disabled and have no money. So I work for a donation of what they can afford. In the past, I've had more than enough clients paying my regular rates that I have had adequate money. Over the last couple years my regular rate customers have fallen off to almost none. I have hesitated to advertise as my energy has been pretty low. I am starting to get over my problems with the seasonal change to dark days. It's my hope I can start advertising again soon.

Here's wishing you all pleasant holidays, and a great 2013!
