The little lake full of ducks was already proving fruitful - characters and items of great worth, even if some needed a little polishing to get that tarnish of idiocy off. Now this girl, Pepper was it?- she seemed if nothing else a useful source for information. A simple world hop for a story, now that was quite fair. He could have played a much more deceitful game after all.
With a tug at his coat he rifled through his pockets- coins, small bones, a pair of dice and a feather that seemed to change hue with a touch. Out of these remarkable items he pulled out a what seemed to be nothing more than a stick of white chalk. The Marquis tapped it once, holding it against his ear before humming in satisfaction and pressing it against the grimy wall.
"Now then." With a few swift motions an outline to something like a door was drawn. He tapped the stick against the center once and the dark dissolved into light. He smiled, pocketing the item (a useful thing he had cashed in quite a few favors to get) before stepping in.
The moment his eyes adjusted he glanced around the house - a large affair much like something from London Above though with a distinctly different taste. His eyes fell to the red head, a smile on his lips as he bowed.
"Shall we?" he asked, gesturing to the still glowing doorway behind him.
[ooc; Norr said Jarvis would alert him and I wasn't sure if that meant a big loud alarm or something silent. I assume it would silently alert him so if that's wrong let me know and it shall be fixed~]
