things that go bump in the knight

Saturday I woke up and got a cactus spine in my big toe as I was stumbling about the house. It was a shitty way to start my day, but at least it gave me a reason to use that tweezer set I bought a while backThe day got better. My sister came over in the morning so that we could get a birthday package ready for my niece ( Read more... )

Diebold is a real conspiracy in the making. It's really happening now. Focus on that one, and get your 9/11 "Truth" buddies to hone in on it like a laser too!

Even though I got involved with the local 9/11 truth group earlier this year, I haven't really kept up with them, so I don't really have any "buddies" to speak of. I've just taken a back seat of sorts, reading updates for any new information. At this point, unless any new information surfaces, I think all people can do is speculate about the existing information or continue pressing for a new, independent investigation--the latter of which I support and the former of which seems like a waste of time to me.

Stay tuned for news on the election fraud front. One of the speakers said that there has been a confirmed case of voting machine hacking. He wasn't at a liberty to provide many details, though, since there's a court case pending in relation to the hacking incident. I created a Google Alert for when news breaks, so I'll probably be posting any relevant articles that come up.

Yummy! Yummy! Delicious Roasted Democracy. Did you hear about the election in Sweden? The Conservatives won by a very, very narrow margin. Hmmm. What a surprise! Every time an election is wafer thin close, the Conservatives win by a hair! It's like flipping a coin and it comes up heads a hundred times in a row, and no one says anything. They are doing it ALL OVER THE WORLD NOW.

I didn't hear about it, even though solcell is from Sweden. I guess when conservatives make a minority of voters but a majority of poll workers (and/or manufacturers of "voting" machines), you have a formula for conservative electoral victories.

Perhaps all of those dystopian science-fiction stories about the suppression of human freedoms by computers are on their way to becoming somewhat prophetic.

Hmm, I do think that applying the Americanized term for conservatives is a bit different than from Swedish Conservatives. So that is just bully bashing them and making the otherside the evil beast.

Yeah, I bet you're right about that! I don't know anything about it. All I know is that every time an election is a "nail-biter" and "too close to call" somehow the "Conservative" party ends up winning. This seems to happening way more often than chance would predict. But... by all means... power to the people of Sweden, and here's hoping Swedish Conservatism doesn't involve starting World War Three because of your views on "Sky Daddy".

Like when that right-wing bastard Kennedy defeated Nixon.

Kennedy truly was a right-wing bastard. He immediately moved to increase military spending as soon as he was elected, and he appointed a District Court Judge who declared that student protestors "must expect to be injured or killed."

I meant protesters.

Well now, Roosevelt was a military booster, and none too tolerant of dissent. There's a difference between conservative and authoritarian.

Dude, read this article it explains the swedish term a bit more. OH,the fact that you think sweden would start world war three is ironic, because sweden has been a netural countries for many years and its engranded into the culture.

How, about you start a movement where people either follow what the fuck you desire or they get shoveled into coal fire.

Are you even reading what flw is writing? I don't think he's insinuating that Sweden is likely to start World War III--just that there might be some rogue conservatives within Sweden who have that kind of disposition. I guess I'm not the only person who gets the straw man argument in a debate with you. Lately you seem incapable of debating anyone without being a dick. Perhaps you should start a movement in which you pitch people in the fire if they don't agree with you.

Dude, I was trying to point out is the only similaity between swedish conservatives and American Conservatives is the name. Also, saying that everything an election is close its the conservatives that win. If they have that much fucking power, why don't they just line up all us liberals and fucking kill us, shit that is way less expensive than controling the world and trying to stop liberals from taking away their damn power ( ... )

Saying that the only thing Swedish conservatives and American conservatives have in common is their name is nothing short of ridiculous. Sure, there's an enormous difference between the political systems there and here, as well as enormous differences between public perceptions of "conservatism" and "liberalism," but conservatives, both there and here, still share some common ideological threads.

Election fraud has happened throughout the world in much of recent history. While I don't think it's likely to happen in a country like Sweden, I don't think it's "far fetched" for flw to consider it a possibility ( ... )
