A/N: Giovani is off to Spurs. While the transfer is probably the better option for both sides, it still doesn't mean I'm happy to see him go. *clings to her icon*
When Gio comes over, they turn on PES like nothing has changed. Except they don’t fight over who gets to play with Barcelona because Gio picks Tottenham.
Halfway through the second half, Bojan brings the in-game Giovani on. For the rest of the game, he does everything to make the virtual Mexican score - to no avail.
Gio is, for once, left speechless as Bojan puts down the controller and rests his head in his hands. In the end, he punches his friend’s shoulder and suggests a rematch; it doesn’t make Bojan smile, but there’s not much else he can do.
