Drabble: FC Bayern
“I’m not like that.”
A tiny voice in the dark.
“They all think I’m an aggressive jerk.”
Was that a sniffle?
“That’s not me. Not who I am.”
That was definitely a sniffle.
He wordlessly fished tissues from the nightstand, handing one to Mark.
“The passion of the game... I can’t help it... It’s bigger than me…”
He hears snuffling in the tissue.
“They don’t understand… they all hate me.”
“I know at least one person who doesn’t hate you… if they could see you the way I do…”
He gathers Mark in his arms and kisses his sniffles away.
