Jens checks his gloves, boots, drums his fingers on his thighs. Left. Right.
Left, left, right, right, left--
--his hands still, the back of his neck prickling, and he looks up to meet Tomáš's measuring gaze head-on. It's ridiculous, little Rosa being among the oldest in the team; Jens remembers him huddling like a bedraggled kitten under Koller's arm after draining matches, but now he looks... Jens grimaces... knowing. Tomáš shakes his head and grins, faintly mocking. Sheepishness quickly replaces Jens's automatic affront, and he rolls his eyes.
Fucking Blackburn. He knows how to deal with Blackburn.

Raúl gave himself the time it took to open the door - just until the latch gave and clicked open - to rethink the whole idea. Damn Guti for bringing it up in the first place (though, honestly, the thought had not been new to Raúl), himself for agreeing when every ounce of reason should have told him just how dangerous and stupid an idea it was, even Higuaín.
God, what were they thinking? What was Higuaín thinking? Agreeing to this... didn't he know how completely and utterly this could ruin their careers if anyone found out?
