More good things...
So, it looks like we are going to be able to close on July 12th instead of July 31st! I'm psyched...not only because I'm excited to get in asap, but also because this means that we'll (presumably) have a little time to paint and such, and there will be less of a time crunch. Closing on the 31st would have been rough, since that's also the day our lease on our apartment ends. This'll just make life so much easier. Yay!
