iPod advice?
I have an iPod I'd like to be able to use with my car stereo and I'm trying to decide which device to buy. Those cassette tape adapters won't work for me, as my car's cassette player is too sensitive. I went to apple.com and found the Griffin iTrip FM transmitter for $34.95 and the Monster iCar Play wireless FM transmitter for $69.
I'm fighting that urge to assume expensive equals better. I don't really care about the wireless aspect. I've heard that these things tend to allow radio stations to bleed into the music one is trying to transmit. Neither of the devices I'm looking at require any fiddling with the stereo itself, which runs contrary to what everyone so far has told me I should be looking for. Are these my only choices? And if so, which will give me truer sound?
