I just thought of the most ridiculous things ever. I will scrap the thought and try again tomorrow.
Two of my colleagues and I got scolded by a customer today. We picked up the calls at 3 different times and we ended getting killed anyway. I don't think I can work some service-related job. It makes me cringe and spit if someone becomes too fucked up over things. Like "I WANT IT TODAY BY HOOK OR BY CROOK" or "WHY IS THIS NOT MEDIUM RARE?!" and the best line I've heard so far, "I've already lodged a complain! BUT I DON'T CARE, I'm going to complain some more!" After the whole incident, we laughed. We really did. It's was hilarious.
