Hi all - my bf had an accident that resulted in him fracturing his jaw. It's been wired since 1/2 and although he had hoped to get the wires removed next week, he was told today they will be on until 2/16. I belong to a CSA which has gifted us with tomato puree. A LOT of tomato puree -- I'm up to 4 3lb bags. The puree is tomatoes, salt and pepper, onion and garlic and is very liquid, not that thick. I considered turning it into tomato sauce, but besides never having made sauce from scratch, I don't eat THAT much pasta, so I could use up some ( Read more... )
