My best friend dinesha, a food pornio in the making, is going to be visiting you lovely peoples in a week's time.
She's got friends in NY, they're not foodies though. I also thought I'd be sneaky and give her money to bring me lots of goodies back (I got Hershey kisses last time; I thought I'd go for something NY specific this time).
Are there any stores - selling unusual cookware, restaurants, specific foods (and the places she could get them) and items that would survive a week and a flight back to England for me, that dinesha should go and see?
