Question: what would you substitute for tortillas?
Hey there!
I'm planning a Mexican-ish dinner next week. I'll have carnitas, frijoles refritos, corn cobs, guacamole, Tequila Sunrise, Mexican beer... and thought I could just have some corn tortillas, too. Now my mum doesn't like them - she always feels as if they're not done, need more cooking and "are heavy in the stomach".
What would you substitute? Taccos? Something like pita-bread? Just rice? I'm open for all suggestions!
