Chicken Stir-Fry with Korean Glass Noodles

With ten chicken breasts sitting in my freezer I had to do something with them for dinner last night. I've had these Korean glass noodles (or sweet potato noodles) sitting in my cupboard since my last sojourn to 99 Ranch Market (a local Asian supermarket chain in the San Jose area) a few months ago. I decided to make a chicken stir fry with broccoli, onions, carrots, and pineapple. It turned out spicy, chewy, and salty.
