Scallops

This afternoon my daughter asked for scallops for snack. So we went to the fish store and got some nice scallops (and some salmon for dinner later). I prepared them by sauteing them in olive oil and butter with minced shallots, chives, a dash of white wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper and served them over hiyamugi noodles.
