Light and Super Creamy No-Bake Cheesecake
Easter dessert for our family is no-bake cheesecake. Believe it or not, I grew up thinking that all cheesecakes didn't require an oven, just because my mom has always done it the Knox way: "gelatinized". That doesn't sound even half as appealing as the actual cheesecake is, not even close. Smooth and silky, and not too heavy, it's a great complement to sweet fruit toppings. It has cream cheese, Greek yogurt and sour cream in it. If you really want, you can have it ready in no time.
