Michel Cluizel's single plantation "Maralumi" dark chocolate and black cherry tart in a bitter almond short crust, served with black pepper and kirsch dark chocolate truffles, yuzu and kirsch pate de fruits, and an glass of tonka infused kirsch.
I love the way the cherries and the chocolate have such a flavor overlap, it can be difficult to tell where one ends and the other begins... especially when warm.
