I've made these in the past ... you can make them the day before, cover with cling film and bake them as needed. If you have baked them and end up not eating one, you can reheat them in the microwave just long enough to take the chill off and end up resembling a really moist brownie cake.

Question: does the liquid center taste like raw dough? Because it does have unbaked flour in it. I like raw dough, but not everybody in the family does >_>

No actually, it doesn't. The center doesn't harden like cake but it will be a nice warm (hot even) center. Back when I was stupid about cooking I always thought they like, injected warm chocolate pudding or something in the middle.

You could always try it and hey if they don't like it that's more cake for you! ;)
