I managed to create a deliscious potato-chicken stew recipe just a few days ago! It was hearty and spicey and absolutely wonderful! I just had to share the pictures I took - I'm sorry that they're crappy cell phone camera pictures though. :(




This was why I had the incentive to create this recipe - I have a new George Foreman grill! And even without seasonings, these chicken breasts smelled wonderful while they were cooking. It seemed a shame to not give them a dish to shine in.



So I got a big pot, olive oil, and tossed in a handful of ingredients that seemed a good idea - and kept the seasonings to just some garlic salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.



This is after I added the chicken broth, beer, and hot sauce, but before I put on the lid.



It was so damned good when it was finished! There wasn't any leftovers at all, and that's with my brother being a picky eater.
