Creamy Cajun Chicken Fettucini Alfredo

So easy.

So good.

So porn-tastically calorific.

Slice 2 chicken breasts into thin strips
tossed in cajun seasoning until well seasoned
In a skillet on medium heat, sautee in 2 tbsp butter (use the real stuff... not the margarine) until cooked

Add to skillet:
fresh chopped basil (or dried)
a dash of sea salt
a dash of fresh cracked black pepper
minced garlic
a finely sliced green onion (or some minced white onion)
a quarter cup (or half a cup, heh) of sun-dried tomato slices
a pint of heavy whipping cream.
Stir

Let simmer over medium low heat while cooking your fettucini stirring occasionally until alfredo sauce is bubbly and hot. Pour over hot fettucini, sprinkle with shaved parmesan cheese, garnish and enjoy.
