Peanut Butter Cup Cake

I had a trifecta of inspiration to come up with this little number:

1. It's this chocolate cake recipe, posted a few days ago in bakebakebake.
2. Then I was inspired by this peanut butter cup cheesecake for the topping, also posted in bakebakebake.
3. And finally, I found this peanut butter mousse recipe while perusing the nets and knew it'd make a fabo filler.

The cake is two 6" rounds that I made into 4 smaller layers.
Then it was assembled and drizzled in a simple ganache:

10oz of bittersweet chocolate
10oz heavy cream
-add chocolate to food processor; heat the cream until just boiling; pour cream slowly over chocolate in the processor; blend; voila!
