I made this tart yesterday, it's sort of a combination of my own invention coupled with inspiration from a few recipes in this book, Pure Chocolate: Divine Desserts and Sweets from the Creator of Fran's Chocolates. Essentially, it's a 9-inch tart with a chocolate pastry crust, a bottom layer of white chocolate-coconut ganache, and topped with dark chocolate ganache. Let it sit up in the fridge for a few hours or overnight, slice and serve. It's VERY rich, you don't need more than a small sliver. But, it's awfully tasty!
