I whipped up some homemade tortilla chips and guacamole!
The guac is a standard thrown together mix with sour cream - always - and we like our guac really smooth. Chopped tomatoes and onions, lemon juice, garlic salt and various spices.
For the chips I sliced up flour tortillas and on top sprayed a butter flavoured cooking spray, lime juice, sprinkled garlic salt and paprika. Put them in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 7 minutes, rotated them, and baked them for another 7 minutes.
My husband said the guacamole was better than in a restaurant. ::smile::
