Hi!

I've got a bunch of corn, tortilliast, and noodles i need to use up. Does anyone know of some meat, milk, egg, yogurt, anything else made from milk, gelitan, lots of nuts, lots of semolina, lots of startch free recipes that will use them up? I've been eating a lot of asian food, but i would like to branch out and try some african recipes, and native american ones too.

Oh! And cream of wheat! I've got a ton of that too :P
