Cream cheese frosting is really easy. It contains only four ingredients-

A package of softened cream cheese(8 oz.)
Anywhere from between 1.5-3 cups of powdered sugar (depending on how sweet you like your frosting)
1 stick (8tbs) of softened butter
Whatever flavoring you want- in this case grated/ground ginger and finely diced mint leaves.

Throw all four ingredients into a mixer and whip it until it's food. It will get fluffier as it mixes.

Hi.
I cook regularly with splenda. I find I can mask the flavor usually by reducing the amount of splenda by 1/4 cup and using either regular or brown sugar, fruit preserves or even fresh fruit.

I wonder if something similar could be done with the soy flour.
