Paper Cake

There is this cake I got from an asian bakery and it's really good. It's light and sweet but not overly sweet. They called it paper cake. It's very light weight. I googled it looked and looked could not find a thing.

It's not Angel Food Cake....I know that cake well....Could someone help me out or point me in the right direction. I wanna make this cake for a few friends and dust it with powdered sugar.
