Lemon-Sour Cream Pound Cake from Oprah Website

I decided not to add the lemon syrup, but wanted to serve macerated strawberries to this.

The macerated strawberries recipe:
Strawberries, 24 oz, washed, hulled, sliced, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier.  Stir together ingredients, leave to sit at least two hours, covered, for juices to form, serve.

The only thing that I think would really make this better is some creme fraiche or dollop of whipped cream.
