I've got a question regarding freezing lasagna. Because I'm starting work on Monday, I want to have some meals frozen that I can just shove in the oven and cook for a while to keep things easy for myself. Can I make up the sauces, layer them with the no-boil pasta sheets, and freeze it like that, or do I have to bake the assembled product in the oven before I freeze it?
Another thing I was wondering, when I bake brownies, what other than nuts could go in to provide a bit of crunch; my brother and best friend don't eat nut, and I'd love to make the brownies more interesting while keeping them palatable to them.
