Dinner for 15 at Sears Kay Ranch....
I catered a dinner party for 15 people yesterday....food was divine, weather was perfect....

This brushetta looks boring, but it was quite refreshing as it was a warm afternoon:
Dinner was Rib Eye Steaks encrusted with peppercorns, Grown Up Mac & Cheese and Vegetable Skewers. Everyone raved about the Mac & Cheese which was rich and creamy and had LOTS of fresh roasted green chilies:
Dessert was individual Wild Berry Cobblers:
