Talk about a mouthgasm. Dark chocolate mousse (85% Valrhona & 70% Lindt) spread on top of a nearly flourless dark chocolate cake (also 85% Valrhona & 70% Lindt). Topped with whipped cream, raspberries, and shavings of 70% Lindt. I made this for my
boyfriend's 30th birthday.
