I have to run to the post office but other than that am avoiding all the stores today so that means I'm home to clean and do laundry, cooking, etc.
Planning to spend some time in the kitchen, but have some questions...
1) What is your favorite seasoning/herb and veggie to add when making turkey stock to make sure there is real flavor to it?
2) I have 2 large green cabbages and want to do something new with them. Not with meat. I was thinking apples but drawing a blank on actual recipes. Help?
3) Does anyone else have a juicer? If so what do you do with the left over pulp?
I'm sure it can be used for something...seems a waste to throw it out!
