i'm an idiot -- need turkey thawing help

I have a turkey breast (with ribs attached) that is still in my freezer because this week has been extremely hectic and the last thing on my mind has been thanksgiving. Well, other than buying the turkey breast.

I imagine I need to get it in the fridge as soon as I get home today. Any quick thawing methods that won't be dangerous to my health? (I'm pregnant too so especially don't want any bad meat risk).

I feel like such an idiot!
